Who wants a simple life?  I know I do.

The best part about having a simple life is that you can have it whenever you want.  Adopt the following habits to make your life simple.  Do them for 30 days and you’ll see a huge difference within yourself.

Where do you begin from?  Or continue ahead from are right now?

1. Inhale and Exhale

You’re stressed out with work and many problems.  Take a moment to breathe.  Inhale and exhale deeply, and focus on the air going in and out.  This way you will calm your body and relax your mind for a while.

2. One thing at a time

This is one thing even I find hard to do.  I wish I could finish all things at once but the awful truth is I won’t be able to.  Instead I’ll have tasks piled up in pending.  The feeling when you’re done with one task satisfies you and you feel proud of yourself.  So, it’s always best to select and do one thing at a time.

3. Write it all down

Leave your mind occupied with tasks that are more important than remembering things to do.  You can always pen them down.  I believe writing helps a lot, especially when you have plenty of tasks to finish.  Make a to-do list and write whatever is it that needs to be done.  This way you’ll keep track of everything.  You can also write your ideas, thoughts or even feelings down.  It makes you feel better too.

4. Get ready before going to bed

Whether it’s ironing, packing you bag or briefcase-do it all before you go to bed.  You’ll save time by being prepared than worrying in the morning about forgetting something at home.

5. Cook more than you eat

The plan is to save your time.  You won’t have to stand in the kitchen, think what to cook and then spend time doing it.  Cook two or three servings more of what you eat.  You can use that time for something more productive like your work.  Do make sure you eat what you cook.
