Unfitness makes it hard to the simplest tasks
Gasping for air after climbing up the stairs?
Exhausted after a five minute run?
Getting up on the stairs is a difficult task for more than 31 percent of British. The average adult in Britain is so unhealthy they’re left gasping for breath after running up a flight of stairs, a study has discovered. Even a quick run to catch the bus puffs them up. They find the simplest tasks hard to complete. For them walking for 15 minutes without resting on a bench is equivalent to an hour and half’s jogging. A British would get jump on an escalator or catch the elevator instead of walking up the stairs. Imagine their laziness for a while!
