Getting up on the stairs is a difficult task for more than 31 percent of British.  The average adult in Britain is so unhealthy they’re left gasping for breath after running up a flight of stairs, a study has discovered.  Even a quick run to catch the bus puffs them up.  They find the simplest tasks hard to complete.  For them walking for 15 minutes without resting on a bench is equivalent to an hour and half’s jogging.  A British would get jump on an escalator or catch the elevator instead of walking up the stairs.  Imagine their laziness for a while!
