We all get angry once in a while and that is perfectly normal. Anger is part of human nature after all. In some situations it almost impossible to be able to control it and that is what usually results in a fight or a full fledged argument. Although it is a very natural feeling, the severity or intensity of it can cause quite a lot of problems.
In some cases people who cannot control their anger indulge in violent and aggressive behavior and this is when it’s time for them to get some help. Anger management classes are provided to those who suffer from this disorder and they do help a great deal.
Anger ruins a lot of things. It affects our social life, friendships, and relationships and at times in extreme cases even creates problems in our professional life. People get angry in many different situations and it all depends on their level of tolerance. Some may flare up if asked the same question more than once, others may blow their fuse if someone gets into an argument with them or if a person cuts the line and takes their place. Anger on this level is still tolerable but when it crosses the line the person giving into bad temper should seek help.
Some parents start to beat their children up in extreme anger and harm them physically; some spouses do the very same thing and feel it will all be okay with a simple apology. Others need to understand that this kind of behavior is not anywhere close to normal and such people should be given the help that they require as soon as possible to control the situation before it gets much worse.
To think before we act helps control anger. How many of you suffer from an uncontrollable temper? Have you seen or experienced moments of extreme anger that later result in violence? How do you feel one should control his/her temper?
